REVISION POLICY

Additionally, when you contact us, such as for customer support, telephonic conversations or chat sessions with our representatives, may be recorded and monitored.

  • Turnaround: 1-2 working days.
  • Unlimited revisions on select packages.
  • Revision window: 10 working days.
  • No additional fee for revisions within package limits.
  • Redesigns after selection are not permitted.
  • Additional payment required for changes after delivery, with full payment needed by the end of the delivery date for further adjustments.

REFUND POLICY

We are going to cater to all refund requests as follows:

  • You can ask for a refund when we make the initial service acquired by the client design offer to you. Once you have approved the project design or already requested changes in the proposed initial layout, the refund and money-back guarantee becomes void. Designs-Fun will be under no legal obligation to issue refunds.
  • If you make a refund request before we deliver the initial layout, you will be eligible to get a refund after subtracting 10% processing and service fee.
  • If you request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the initial design, you will be eligible for a 66% refund after subtracting a 10% processing and service fee.
  • If you request a refund within 48 to 120 hours of receiving the initial design, you will be eligible for a 33% refund after subtracting a 10% processing and service fee.
  • Designs-Fun will not entertain any refund request after 120 hours of our team delivering the initial service acquired by the client layout. However, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and encourage our customers/clients to speak to us about any concerns you may have in mind.
  • If a customer fails to take any action on their order for the next 30 days after the date of placing an order, Designs-Fun will not entertain any refund request at all. In case you wish to reactivate the order, we will charge you a specific reactivation fee based on your project.
  • Designs-Fun will not entertain any refund request after delivering the final files for the project.
  • If a customer or client changes their mind during any stage of the project and wishes to cancel the project for any reason, the client will not be eligible for a refund. However, we can offer online store credits that the client can use on other or future services.
  • Once Designs-Fun has completed the development, no service acquired by the client package or client will be eligible for a refund.
  • Once your service acquired by the client is live, the refund policy becomes void.
  • We will only process a refund if a client places an order in good faith. If a client has placed the same order with various companies and then asks us to give the refund, this does not demonstrate good faith. Therefore, Pure Service acquired by the client Design will be in our legal rights to decline such refund requests.
  • Refunds are not eligible for clients who are making payments on a monthly installment basis.When you make payments on a monthly installment basis, you are essentially taking out a loan from us. This means that you are obligated to make all of the payments, even if you decide to cancel your service.We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that would make it necessary for you to cancel your service. However, we cannot offer refunds to clients who are making monthly installments.If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us. We will be happy to answer your questions and help you understand your options.

CLAIMING YOUR REFUND

  • Initiate a refund request by contacting us through phone, chat, or email.
  • Upon refund approval, Logo Curst obtains design rights, prohibiting your display or use of the design.
  • You relinquish all rights to the design content and agree not to use or claim ownership
  • Copyright information for refunded designs is shared with Government Copyright Agencies, restricting their future reuse as original designs.

DELIVERY POLICY

Design order files are delivered to your Account Area as specified on the 'Order Confirmation.' An email notification is sent upon delivery. Revision and refund policies are based on the date and time of delivery to your account. Customized design orders are emailed within 2 to 3 days. Option for RUSH DELIVERY at $75 extra for initial logo samples within 24 hours. Contact our 24/7 Customer Support for assistance.

WORK OWNERSHIP

After complete payment, the client owns the artwork. A copyright document is available for additional security. Designs-Fun retains promotional usage rights for logos, with no profit-making use without client authorization. The client has rights to use the design, graphics, and text. Designs-Fun commits to fair and legal use that preserves the client's reputation.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

  • We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files.
  • If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

Designs-Fun is not responsible for correspondence from email addresses or toll-free numbers not under our domain '@primepixelhub.com' and those not listed on our website. We only take responsibility for communication through our domain's email addresses or listed toll-free numbers. For 24-hour customer support, contact us anytime.
